Health & Well-Being
Share Event
Inside My Art Project are excited to present this intimately powerful event for Black Women at Queens Wood, Muswell Hill London on Monday 31st May 2021 from 11am - 5pm.
This event will be held outside, within a designated area of the natural beauty of Queens Wood.
These woods are thought to be the direct descendants of the original ‘wildwood’, which covered most of Britain about five thousand years ago.
We will be surrounded by these ancient woodlands for the day, allowing us to reconnect and ground ourselves with nature, while taking part in Art Therapy activities facilitated by a qualified Art Therapist, a Story-Telling/ Spoken Word Circle with an experienced spoken word poetess and a Crafting With Nature activity with an experienced craft maker.
