Need A Refund?

We here at Jus-ticket know things can go wrong, so we are always happy to process refunds. However, since we are just agents for event organisers all refund request must be directed to your event organiser. Once the organiser has given us permission to issue your refund, it will be processed within 24hrs. 

In all cases, the 5% booking fee is not refundable. Jus-tickets cannot settle disputes between ticket holders and event promoters and is not liable if an event is cancelled without notice or does not match the posted description.
