Join us for an intensive one day workshop and interactive meditation session to discover ways to align your thought, feelings, words and actions with what you would truly desire.

This workshop will teach you how to use guided meditations from the Well Being Alignment Meditation System, to increase what you desire to experience in your life.

  • Explore the thoughts, feelings and actions that are a barrier to your success
  • Learn strategies to clear your mind and move beyond unhelpful thoughts and emotions.

Universal Laws and how to Use Them

  • Discover why the law of attraction doesn’t work by itself
  • Explore the 7 laws and principles that work with the law of attraction to assist you with creating the life you desire.

Present and Future Planning For Alignment

  • Start planning what would you like to achieve or experience – what do you choose next in your life?
  • Develop an idea of what you truly desire and map your internal and external journey to help you make progress.
  • Discover ways to increase your motivation, focus and overall vision.

  • Have an In-depth look at the meaning behind in each meditation and start practising, so you can immediately put them into practice in your life.
