Session two of Ritual Excel we will be discussing Family.
Family relationships are afforded much less screen time than romantic ones, but they are the foundation for every relationship we have – how they work or how they don’t can keep us from thriving, no matter how much distance we try to insert into the dynamics.
In this session we’ll give space to allowing our familial situations some airtime – just as they are and how we feel about them – no judgement – and then practice flexing the muscles we require for ourselves and our family to truly excel.
Soft drinks and light refreshments provided.
Workshop sessions are designed to be a safe space for all who attend and all members of the African diaspora are welcome regardless of colour, creed, gender identity, sexual orientation or religion. We reserve the right to eject anyone who does not honour this.
Attendance costs £10 per person. Please bring cash.
