Description

  1. The Ancient African Presence in Cornwall by Darren Springer

Starting in the pre-historic worlds then navigating through ancient and modern eras, this presentation will take you on a thought provoking historical and mythological journey, exploring the sacred relationship between ancient Africa and Cornwall. Darren will delve into the mysteries of Cornwall, looking into its ancient stones sites, sacred landmarks and customs. He will share some interesting synchronicities between the Ancient Egyptian and Cornish archetypes, the symbolism and will unpack Cornwall’s Moorish connections. That then brings us into the esoteric and psychedelic history of these 2 regions and how they relate… and then it gets even more interesting from there. • When: Friday 26th April • Time: 7pm – 10pm • Where: Hub & Culture • Price: £8.00 advance ticket / £10.00 on the door • (Advance ticket holders are eligible for a £50 off retreat voucher) Please also check out the Ancient African Presence in Cornwall Retreat When?
